TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pricing & Estimates: The price provided is an estimate based on the details you provided. If everything is as described, we do not anticipate any changes.

Pet-Related Adjustments: If you have a pet and there is excessive pet hair or dander, an additional charge will apply.

Biohazard Fees: If our cleaners encounter human waste, pet waste, or any other biological hazard, an additional fee will be required.

Deposit Requirement: A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Our cleaners reserver the right to reject a cleaning service due to conditions that were not anticipated. 

Final Walkthrough: At the end of the cleaning, you will have the opportunity for a thorough walkthrough to review and approve the job. This is your time to address any concerns.

Re-Cleaning Policy: Any areas missed that are not brought up during the walkthrough and require a cleaner to return will be subject to an additional service charge.
